Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and ASpaceAI, operated from United States. By selecting Create Account, continuing with Google from the sign-up screen, or using ASpaceAI, you accept them and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.

ASpaceAI provides AI home design visualization tools for exploring room styles, furniture references, layouts, finishes, and related design ideas. We may add, change, or remove features.

AI-generated results are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for real-world construction, safety, code compliance, or purchasing decisions. ASpaceAI is not architectural, engineering, safety, or interior design advice.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the members you invite into your organisation.

Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to store or distribute malware, or to attack the service or the people using it.

Do not attempt to circumvent usage limits, access another organisation's data, or resell the service unless we have agreed in writing.

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor on the interval shown at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled.

Credits and usage allowances are granted according to your plan and are consumed when you submit eligible AI generation or editing requests. Where credits expire, the expiry is shown at the time they are granted.

Only an organisation owner can start, change, or cancel a subscription for that organisation.

We may change prices. A change takes effect at your next renewal, and we will tell you before it does.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. If an AI generation fails because of a service or provider error, we may restore the credits used for that failed request.

You keep all rights in the room photos, reference images, prompts, and other content you upload. You grant us only the licence we need to host, process, transform, display, and transmit that content in order to run ASpaceAI for you.

You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for making sure your use of generated outputs is lawful.

We keep all rights in the service itself, including its software, design, and trade marks. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it.

You may stop using the service at any time. Because there is not currently an in-product account-closure control, contact support@aspaceai.com to request closure. We may retain records after closure where the Privacy Policy or applicable law permits or requires it.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, if your payment fails and stays unresolved, or if we must do so by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first.

On termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive — payment owed, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — do.

The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and consumer rights that apply to you are unaffected.

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost data.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid ASpaceAI in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $100 if you paid nothing.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the ASpaceAI operator in the United States, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. A dispute must be brought in a court that has lawful jurisdiction over the ASpaceAI operator and the dispute.

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and where a change materially affects your rights we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
